Free Returns and refunds:

​ We want you to love your new masterpiece. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving the work if you wish to return it.

If item arrives damaged an insurance claim will be filed and full refund or store credit will be issued.

If you get your art home and don't fall in love with it, or simply change your mind, we've got you covered. We cover the cost of return shipping within the United States only. You can opt for a full refund or store credit.

The steps for returns are below: You have one full week (seven days) from the time you receive an artwork to decide if you'd like to return it.

If you decide to return your piece, simply email us at jaime@jaimefranco.art with your order number and we'll make it happen.

We will email a return shipping label.

Item must be received by the artist in the same condition that the client received it in. All returns must be properly packaged in original packing and insured for full value of item. Upon receipt of undamaged item a full refund or store credit will be given. Upon processing your return, we'll issue a full refund or credit for your purchase.

International sales are not covered under this policy. International buyers are responsible for packaging, insurance and shipping.
